CAVING
- Visit a whole new sub-terranean world - one you never knew existed. Be amazed
by the rock formations, attempt many of the challenges presented by them such
as the intriguingly named "Toilet". South Wales has some of the best
caving in northern Europe. This provides the flexibility to choose the right
cave to suit all sizes, ages and abilities. On our very doorstep we have the
biggest cave entrance in Wales and the largest cave passage in the United Kingdom.
With Call of the Wild's experienced instructors you will be kitted out with
a helmet, lamp and caving suit. An incredible experience and one not to be missed.
CLIMBING
- What goes up must come down - well firmly attached to a rope anyway. A great
way of seeing the majestic Brecon Beacons National Park scenery - even hanging
upside down. We have a variety of sites close by so that we can cater for all
ages and abilities whether it be just a taster or something for the more experienced
climber. Whether it be climbing in the mountains or on the cliffs of the Gower
Peninsula, which is designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the option
is yours. No previous experience is required and our qualified and enthusiastic
staff will ensure you get the most out of the experience.
ABSEILING
/ RAPPELLING - Once you've climbed to the top of the peak and amazed yourself
by doing it then amaze yourself again by jumping off that ledge to abseil back
down! Once you've gained the confidence and technique of going backwards then
what about going down face first - Sound interesting then give it try- A great
buzz.
PAINTBALL
- Ever fancy yourself as that all action hero - well here's your chance to prove
what you've been saying for years. Equipped with full face mask, overalls and
most importantly the latest paintball guns and pellets you're away (mostly repainting
the forest). Play out a number of scenarios during the day in a wonderful natural
woodland setting. With paintballing you can't fail to enjoy this excellent team
activity.
QUAD
BIKING - With the famous Griff, Paul and staff. Wonderful characters who
ensure you will have a great day. These bikes are not for children. These are
250cc machines which guarantee an action packed experience. You are escorted
by our instructors into the great outdoors with magnificent views out over the
Brecon Beacons and Bristol Channel. Not restricted to a single track you ride
through woodland, over mountain and rough terrain with water thrown in for good
measure taking in the challenges en route.

COASTEERING
- Or sea level traversing. If you like the sound of Canyoning you will love
coasteering. Jumping in and out of the surf, avoiding the waves as they crash
over the rocks and cliff jumping are part and parcel of this high adrenaline
day. Carried out in the picturesque Mumbles area of Swansea Bay. Non-swimmers
can also try this activity as buoyancy aids are provided.
PARAGLIDING
- A paraglider is a foot-launched, ram-air, aerofoil canopy, designed to be
flown and landed with no other energy requirements than the wind, gravity and
the pilot's musclepower. We descend at about 3 minutes per 1000' of altitude.
However, if the air is rising faster than we are descending (as often happens),
flights of 1-3 hours are not uncommon. Paragliders are designed for soaring
flight. Parachutes are designed to descend. As of 1994, paragliders have stayed
aloft over 11 hours and are close to achieving 200 mile distance records.
SURF
ADVENTURE DAYS - Are you a bit of a beach bum ? If you are then this is
the day for you. A combination of surfing, body boarding, surf kayaking, cricket,

Great for treasure hunts and a popular activity with teams and corporate groups.
SCUBA DIVING - Scuba is an acronym for 'self-contained underwater breathing
apparatus'. There are several ways one can go under water (breath-hold, helmet
diving, submarine, etc.). "Diving with scuba" signifies using apparatus

self-contained. A number of courses are available from one day tasters in the
pool to full courses to obtain the necessary qualifications.

Sensitive trained hands can detect tiny deposits and imbalances in the feet and by working on these points the reflexologist can release blockages and restore the free flow of energy to the whole body. Tensions are eased and circulation is improved. A superb way to relax and unwind.
REIKI - (pronounced Ray-Key) is a method of natural healing based on the application of Universal Life Force Energy (the name literally means Universal Life Force Energy).
